CO2 Enrichment. Quality Equipment.
Designed for Aquaculture.

Aquaculture enrichment is the process of enhancing the living conditions of aquatic organisms, resulting in healthier populations and increased yields. In the context of CO2 enrichment, controlled amounts of carbon dioxide are added to aquaculture systems to stimulate the growth and health of plants and algae through photosynthesis. This process also serves as an effective carbon sequestration mechanism, similar to the CO2 enrichment techniques used in greenhouses.

What is a Nanobubble Diffuser?

Our nanobubble diffuser is a specialized equipment designed for CO2 enrichment in aquaculture. It generates and disperses a large amount of extremely tiny CO2 gas bubbles into the water, which are able to remain suspended for prolonged periods of time. This increase in total CO2 dissolution and the ability to remain dissolved in water for extended periods, maximizes the effects of photosynthesis.

Efficient Dissolution

The nanobubbles produced are less than 150 nm in diameter, offering an optimal surface area-to-volume ratio. This enhances gas transfer efficiency, significantly increasing the total amount of CO2 that can be dissolved in the water.

High Sustainability

High Stability

The small size of these nanobubbles allows them to remain suspended in water for prolonged periods of time without rising to the surface and bursting. Additionally, their negative surface charge also inhibits coalescence, preventing smaller bubbles from merging into larger ones.

Economical & Sustainable

The high stability of nanobubbles reduces the need for frequent gas injections, lowering operational costs. Additionally, our nanobubble diffuser is energy-efficient and utilizes recycled CO2 as an input, contributing to a more sustainable future.
